Ciao, Casa Tartufo

For our June company lunch, we set off for Casa Tartufo – roughly translated to the House of Truffles – that’s located at Ann Siang Hill. From its name, we deduced that truffles are its specialty, and from the looks of the menu, we were in truffle paradise.

The wooden furnishing, simple greenery, and soft lighting made for a slightly formal yet cozy ambiance. We were seated together at an incredibly long table, which gave us ample opportunity to mix and chat with colleagues that we usually had no chance to talk to.

We ordered an enjoyable selection of appetizers, mains, and desserts, and since truffles were used in the dishes, the food was infused with its signature earthy and robust taste. Disclaimer: Because we can’t wait to dig in, the photos were taken rather hastily. Apologies for the poor lighting and focus!
