Last Friday, we were treated to a buffet lunch at Hotel Miramar’s Peach Garden, which consisted of traditionally expensive Chinese dishes that you usually eat at weddings or during Chinese New Year. It was a great selection of appetizers, seafood, meats, vegetables, and even shark fin’s soup!
For example, just for the prawns, you could choose from 4 different styles, such as “Indonesia” style (thick curry), sautéed prawns with Marmite, or deep-fried with wasabi cream/shredded coconut and butter.
