It’s already mid-year – how time flies! – and here at SV, we’re celebrating the month with our only June baby – Rachel. Have a happy and blessed birthday!
Not to be confused with the savory version, the cake of the month was a beautifully spiced carrot cake. Packed with shredded carrots, walnuts, and cinnamon, the sponge cake was generously covered with a delectable cream cheese frosting.
But before digging into the cake, we took a couple of photos. We’ve been expanding quite a bit so it was difficult to squeeze all of us into a frame, as you can tell.
The birthday girl is obviously ready for her cake, hur hur.
