At Truegenics, we value and understand the significance of fostering strong relationships and a sense of camaraderie among our team members, especially with the expanding remote team in recent years. This year, we engaged Jambar once again to help facilitate the team bonding event (and so that HR can join in!)

The event started off with 2 ice breakers, one was a guessing emoji game and the second was some Trivia Quiz via Slido! We had some questions about Truegenics as part of the slido questions and the top 3 winners were Weiying, Yue Ting and Radz! 

After the ice breaker, we split into breakout rooms to start on the main activity which is a treasure hunt!

The game was mind boggling and it brings us back to childhood as well where we needed to fold a paper boat! We had to draw portraits of our colleagues as pirates and some were very talented!

Our team bonding event was a success and we could see that there was teamwork amongst the various teams who tried to communicate to find the “treasure”! With every event at Truegenics, we always aim to create memorable experiences and one to remember.
