Taking time off from work for a team bonding event isn’t just about having fun—it’s a game-changer for the workplace. Stepping away from the usual hustle gives everyone a chance to recharge, connect on a personal level, and build trust in a relaxed setting. Whether it’s through laughter, teamwork, or just enjoying some downtime, these breaks help create stronger bonds and boost morale.

The afternoon started off with a hearty meal at Mamma Mia Trattoria E Caffè Plaza Singapura. It was great to take a break, enjoy some delicious food, and catch up with everyone outside of work mode. The atmosphere was laid-back, with plenty of laughs and conversations that had nothing to do with deadlines or meetings for once.

We took a quick break, strolling around as we made our way over to the next spot—The Red Bus—where the fun was about to begin!

This year, we have Funworks SG to help us plan Truegenics Discovery Quest! We first started with an ice breaker activity, Human Bingo and everyone was scrambling around to be the first 5 who completes 3 lines first.

After the ice breaker session, we moved on to the main event itself. This year’s activity took place amidst the busy crowd along Orchard road. Thankful to all the passers-by who helped with the photo taking. Here are some of the photos taken during the event.
